Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains permitted and prohibited uses of Suite Athletics. The App should be used only for school-related, team-related, activity-related, athletic, club, organizational, or administrative purposes.

2. Permitted Uses

Users may use the App to:

• Receive announcements
• View schedules and events
• Communicate with authorized groups
• Register for activities or events
• Submit approved forms or documents
• Track participation or attendance where applicable
• Coordinate team, activity, or organization information

3. Prohibited Uses

Users may not:

• Use the App for harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
• Upload or send inappropriate, illegal, offensive, or harmful content
• Attempt to access accounts, groups, data, or systems without authorization
• Share login credentials
• Interfere with App performance or security
• Use bots, scripts, scraping, or automated access without written authorization
• Circumvent role permissions or administrative controls
• Send spam, advertisements, fundraising, or promotional content without approval
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Use the App for non-school commercial purposes unless approved

4. Account Security

Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

5. Administrative Monitoring

Authorized administrators may review activity, content, and records when necessary to operate the App, enforce policies, investigate concerns, or protect users.

6. Consequences

Violation of this policy may result in content removal, loss of access, account suspension, organization-level consequences, or referral to school or legal authorities where appropriate.
