Community Standards

1. Purpose

Suite Athletics is intended to support positive, respectful, school-related communication for teams, athletics, activities, clubs, organizations, students, parents, guardians, coaches, advisors, and administrators. These Community Standards explain the behavior expected of all users.

2. Respectful Communication

Users must communicate in a respectful, appropriate, and school-appropriate manner. Disagreements should be handled constructively. Users should not use the App to create conflict, embarrass others, or disrupt team or activity operations.

3. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not use the App to:

• Harass, bully, threaten, intimidate, or target another person
• Use discriminatory, hateful, obscene, or abusive language
• Share inappropriate images, videos, memes, documents, or links
• Spread rumors or knowingly false information
• Impersonate another person
• Pressure, exploit, or manipulate another user
• Share private information about another person without authorization
• Interfere with school, team, activity, or organization operations
• Promote unlawful activity or unsafe behavior

4. Student Safety and Boundaries

Users must follow appropriate student-adult communication boundaries. Organizations are encouraged to use group communication whenever possible and avoid unnecessary one-on-one private communication between adults and students. Parents, guardians, and administrators should be included where appropriate and consistent with school policy.

5. Photos, Files, and Media

Users may only upload or share photos, files, or media when the feature is permitted and the content is appropriate for school-related use. Users may not submit inappropriate, private, embarrassing, copyrighted, misleading, or unauthorized content.

6. Reporting Concerns

Users should report inappropriate conduct, safety concerns, bullying, harassment, suspicious activity, or misuse of the App to a coach, advisor, school representative, organization administrator, or App support.

7. Enforcement

Violations may result in content removal, account restriction, suspension, removal from groups, referral to school personnel, or other action deemed appropriate by authorized administrators.
