1. Purpose
This Safety and Reporting Policy explains how users should handle concerns involving safety, misuse, harassment, bullying, inappropriate content, account security, or urgent situations.
2. Not for Emergencies
Suite Athletics is not an emergency communication system. Users should not rely on the App for emergencies, urgent medical issues, safety threats, severe weather alerts, transportation emergencies, or immediate crisis response.
In an emergency, call 911 or follow official school, district, organization, or public safety procedures.
3. What to Report
Users should report:
- Harassment, bullying, threats, or intimidation
- Inappropriate language, images, files, or messages
- Suspicious account activity
- Impersonation or unauthorized access
- Safety concerns involving students or participants
- Misuse of teams, rosters, groups, announcements, or files
- Any content that appears to violate App policies or school rules
4. How to Report
Users may report concerns to:
- A coach, advisor, school representative, or organization administrator
- A parent or guardian, when appropriate
- Mohawkfoot Digital Studios support at support@suiteathletics.org
Support requests should include the user's name, account email, organization or team, description of the issue, approximate date/time, and screenshots when appropriate and lawful.
5. Response to Reports
Reports may be reviewed by Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC, Mohawkfoot Digital Studios, authorized administrators, school representatives, or other appropriate personnel. Actions may include content removal, account restriction, administrator notification, preservation of records, or referral to school or legal authorities.
6. No Guarantee of Immediate Review
Reports submitted through the App or by email may not be reviewed immediately. For urgent safety concerns, use official emergency or school procedures.
7. Protection Against Retaliation
Users should not retaliate against anyone who reports a concern in good faith.
