When contacting support, please include:
- Full name
- Email address associated with the account
- Team, activity, organization, or group
- User role, such as student, parent, guardian, coach, advisor, staff member, or administrator
- Device type, such as iPhone, Android, tablet, Chromebook, Windows, or Mac
- Browser or app version, if known
- Clear description of the issue
- Screenshots, when appropriate and lawful
3. Response Time
Mohawkfoot Digital Studios will make reasonable efforts to respond as promptly as possible. Support response times are not guaranteed and may vary based on issue complexity, school schedules, weekends, holidays, technical outages, or volume of requests.
4. Emergencies
Do not use support email for emergencies. In an emergency, call 911 or follow official school, district, organization, or public safety procedures.
5. Account and Data Deletion
For account deletion requests, use the subject line:
