Suite Athletics is designed to operate on a range of commonly used devices, browsers, and operating systems. However, Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC and Mohawkfoot Digital Studios do not guarantee that the App will function correctly on every device, operating system, browser version, network connection, or hardware configuration.
Performance may vary based on:
- Device age and capabilities
- Operating system version
- Browser version
- Internet connection quality
- Cellular service availability
- Network restrictions
- Third-party service availability
- Software conflicts
- Device settings and permissions
- App Store, Play Store, browser, or operating system changes
2. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for maintaining compatible devices, updated software, internet access, and required permissions necessary to use the App.
3. Web App and Mobile App Differences
Because the App may be provided as a web app, progressive web app, or mobile app wrapper, certain features may behave differently depending on the device, browser, app store requirements, operating system rules, and user settings.
4. Notifications
The App may provide notifications, alerts, reminders, announcements, emails, or in-app messages. Delivery of notifications is not guaranteed.

5. User Responsibility to Check Information

The App is not an emergency notification system and should not be relied upon for urgent or emergency communications.
