Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, creating an account, or using Suite Athletics, you agree to these Terms of Service and all related policies, including the Privacy Policy, Community Standards, Acceptable Use Policy, Safety and Reporting Policy, Account Deletion Policy, and any additional rules provided within the App.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the App.

2. Purpose of the Platform

The App is designed to support school-related teams, activities, clubs, organizations, athletics, registrations, calendars, attendance, announcements, and communication. The App is a technology platform only. It does not replace official school systems, emergency systems, district records, legal notices, or required administrative procedures.

3. Legal Owner and Development Brand

The App is owned and operated by Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC. The App is developed and maintained by Mohawkfoot Digital Studios, the app development side of Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC.

4. Eligibility and Authorized Use

The App may be used by students, parents, guardians, coaches, advisors, school personnel, volunteers, administrators, and other authorized users. Users must use the App only for lawful, school-related, team-related, activity-related, or organization-approved purposes.

Users under the age of 13 should use the App only with the involvement of a parent, guardian, school representative, coach, advisor, or authorized administrator.

5. Account Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Providing accurate information
• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials
• Using secure devices when accessing the App
• Reporting unauthorized access or suspected misuse
• Keeping contact information reasonably current
• Following all applicable school, team, activity, and organization rules

Users are responsible for activity conducted through their accounts.

Accounts may be created using an email and password or an optional third-party sign-in provider, such as Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple. When a third-party provider is used, you are also subject to that provider's terms and privacy practices.

Users may permanently delete their account at any time from within the app in the Settings screen, or by request, as described in the Account Deletion Policy.

6. Organization and Administrator Control

Teams, schools, clubs, activities, and organizations may have administrators who manage rosters, groups, permissions, events, messages, attendance, and content. Organizations are responsible for the decisions they make through the App, including participant eligibility, team rules, event requirements, attendance expectations, and communication practices.

7. Platform Provider Disclaimer

Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC and Mohawkfoot Digital Studios provide the technology platform only. Schools, districts, teams, organizations, coaches, advisors, volunteers, administrators, parents, guardians, and users are responsible for the information they create, submit, distribute, rely upon, or manage through the App.

Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC and Mohawkfoot Digital Studios are not responsible for decisions made by schools, teams, organizations, coaches, advisors, volunteers, or administrators using the platform.

8. Acceptable Conduct

Users agree to communicate respectfully and professionally. Users may not harass, threaten, intimidate, bully, discriminate against, impersonate, exploit, or harm other users. Users may not post or transmit offensive, obscene, abusive, misleading, unlawful, or disruptive content.

9. User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for content they submit, upload, post, transmit, or distribute through the App. By submitting content, users grant Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC, Mohawkfoot Digital Studios, and authorized organization administrators permission to store, display, distribute, moderate, and process the content as necessary to operate the App and support the organization.

10. Uploaded Files, Photos, and Media

The App may allow certain users to upload documents, forms, photos, or media. Upload permissions may be limited by user role or organization settings. Users may not upload content that violates school rules, privacy expectations, intellectual property rights, safety standards, or these Terms.

For risk reduction, organizations are encouraged to limit private photo or media messaging involving minors and to use approved document upload areas for required forms or paperwork.

11. No Emergency Use

The App is not an emergency communication system. Users should not rely on the App for emergency notifications, medical emergencies, safety threats, weather emergencies, urgent transportation changes, or other time-sensitive emergencies. In an emergency, users should call 911 or follow official school, district, organization, or public safety procedures.

12. Notifications Are Not Guaranteed

The App may send push notifications, email alerts, reminders, or in-app notices. Delivery is not guaranteed. Users remain responsible for checking official schedules, announcements, school channels, and the App itself.

13. Technology and Compatibility Disclaimer

The App is designed to work on a range of supported devices, browsers, and operating systems. However, Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC and Mohawkfoot Digital Studios do not guarantee that the App will function correctly on every device, operating system, browser version, network connection, or hardware configuration.

Performance may vary based on device age, operating system, browser version, internet connection, network restrictions, third-party service availability, software conflicts, device settings, and permissions.

14. Service Availability

The App is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. Service may be interrupted by maintenance, updates, technical problems, third-party outages, network issues, security events, or other circumstances. Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC and Mohawkfoot Digital Studios do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or continuous operation.

15. Moderation and Removal

Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC, Mohawkfoot Digital Studios, and authorized organization administrators may review, restrict, remove, archive, or preserve content when necessary to enforce policies, respond to safety concerns, comply with legal obligations, protect users, or maintain platform integrity.

16. Suspension or Termination

Accounts may be suspended, restricted, or removed for policy violations, misuse, security concerns, loss of authorization, organizational changes, or other legitimate operational reasons.

17. School and Organization Policies

Users must comply with applicable school, district, team, club, activity, athletic, and organization policies. If a school or organization policy conflicts with use of the App, the school or organization policy should be followed.

18. Intellectual Property

The App, software, interface, designs, branding, logos, documentation, and original materials created by Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC or Mohawkfoot Digital Studios are owned by Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC or its licensors unless otherwise stated. Users may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the App or its materials.

19. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, databases, notifications, email, analytics, or other functionality. Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC and Mohawkfoot Digital Studios are not responsible for third-party outages, policy changes, data practices, or service limitations beyond reasonable control.

20. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the App is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, accuracy, security, or non-infringement.

21. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC, Mohawkfoot Digital Studios, owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, exemplary, or similar damages arising from or related to use of the App, inability to use the App, missed notifications, user content, organization decisions, data loss, unauthorized access, or third-party services.

22. Indemnification

Users agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Mohawkfoot Holdings LLC, Mohawkfoot Digital Studios, owners, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses arising from the user's use of the App, submitted content, violation of these Terms, violation of law, or violation of rights of another person.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

24. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated periodically. Updated versions may be posted within the App or on public web pages. Continued use of the App after updates may indicate acceptance of the updated Terms.
